And they did it again …. I attended the DomainX 2018 held at Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi on August 5th, 2018.
It was an amazing show organized by Manmeet Pal Singh, Gaurav Kohli and the rest of their team.
Would like to quote John Ruskin here, Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort.
I attended DomainX last year in 2017 too.
The DomainX 2018 had an Intriguing list of Speakers lined up for the event, including – Michael Bereslavsky of DomainMagnate.com, Samiran Gupta (Head of ICANN in India), Rodney D. Ryder (IP Adviser, Government of India) and so on. I also met with representatives from various Global companies who attended the DomainX 2018 like DynaDot, GoDaddy, Connect Reseller, etc.
We all have heard and most of us have attended popular domain name industry conferences like TRAFFIC, NamesCon and DomainFest but DomainX is a first timer for a country like India and it sounds very interesting. India’s very own domain name conference!
DomainX started in 2014 as the First dedicated domain name conference to network, bring awareness and educate people about the domain name industry in India.
The idea behind DomainX conference was to bring industry leading International Domain Name and Internet Marketing experts to interact with fellow domain name investors and web startup community to showcase their proven products and services.
DomainX 2018 also introduced the special new section on Web Hosting & Cloud Discussion this year.
Will This Domain Name Sell?
I got to speak on the session for “Will This (Domain Name) Sell?” which was an engaging and involving session in which the Participants of the Event would ask us about a Domain Name they own and we need to give us our Opinion on the same.

India has the world’s second-largest Internet population. More than 25% of the country’s booming 1.3 Billion people are connected to Internet through mobiles and other devices. We need more such events for sure.
I really hope that India produces more such Quality Domaining and Technology Events in the near future and I would love to be a part of the same. I am sure Domaining has a lot of potential right here in India. I see a very bright future for such events and a vital role in spreading awareness and exposure.
So if you are into Domaining and have a quest to experience India, there can’t be another best reason to come to India next year for DomainX 2019!
